Terms of Service & End User License Agreement
Effective August 28, 2026 · Working terms scheduled for attorney review
1. Eligibility and license
You must be at least 18 and able to contract. Subject to these Terms, we grant a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license to use CommLocker™ on devices you own or control for lawful purposes.
2. Your responsibilities
Use only content, devices, accounts, and communications you are authorized to access. Follow applicable privacy, recording, employment, professional, and retention laws. Do not reverse engineer, resell, disrupt, bypass controls, introduce malware, or conduct unauthorized security testing. Maintain independent backups.
3. Content and privacy
You retain your content rights and are responsible for legality, accuracy, completeness, and what you select. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Founder subscription
The Founder subscription is available only to the first 100 completed, successfully paid subscribers at $99 per year. It is annual-only; there is no monthly Founder option. It renews automatically at $99 per year while continuously active unless canceled before renewal. A trial does not reserve a spot. Cancellation or lapse ends the Founder rate, and later access may be offered at the then-current price. Checkout will present the renewal terms and request separate affirmative consent before charging.
5. Product limitations
CommLocker™ is an organization and record-building tool, not professional advice. We do not guarantee that a record is complete, admissible, accepted, or sufficient for a dispute.
6. Disclaimers and liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMLOCKER™ IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” RECALLTEXT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST DATA, PROFITS, BUSINESS, OR OPPORTUNITIES. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Termination, changes, and law
We may suspend access for misuse, security, legal, or operational reasons. Wyoming law governs except where nonwaivable local law requires otherwise. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to active users.
