1. Who we are

RecallText Limited Liability Company, a Wyoming limited liability company, makes CommLocker™. Contact: lauren@commlocker.io.

2. Information we collect

• Contact, waitlist, beta-application, account/access, and billing records.
• Support messages, feedback, crash diagnostics, and information you intentionally send.
• Basic hosting and security data such as IP address, browser/device type, timestamps, and request logs.
• Communication content you select remains on your device or in storage you control unless you choose to export or send it.

3. Uses and disclosures

We use information to operate, secure, bill, support, and improve the product; communicate about requested services; prevent misuse; and comply with law. We may share limited data with service providers acting for us, in a permitted business transaction, or when legally required. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, security, disputes, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

5. Your choices and California rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about our handling of your data by emailing us. We will verify requests and will not discriminate for exercising a valid right. See Account and Data Deletion. Optional marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.

6. Children and changes

CommLocker™ is for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy and will post a new effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
