Account and Data Deletion

Email lauren@commlocker.io from your CommLocker™ email address with “CommLocker deletion request” in the subject.
What happens
After reasonable identity verification, we will delete or de-identify account/access, waitlist, beta, support, and related data unless retention is permitted or required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or disputes.
On-device content
Communication content is designed to remain on your device or in storage you control. Delete it in the app, delete exports from your chosen storage, and uninstall the app. We cannot delete copies we do not possess or control.
Timing
We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law and may request information needed to verify the request.
